N32G020 series chips

N32G020 series adopts 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core, the maximum operating frequency is up to 80MHz, and it integrates up to 256K Flash, 20K SRAM, 1K Retention RAM, and up to 30 GPIOs on-chip. Integrated 12-bit 1Msps SAR ADC, 10-bit DAC, analog comparator, RTC real-time clock, multiple complementary output PWM, USB2.0 (Full Speed) Device, multiple SPI, UART, I2C, ISO7816 and other application peripheral communication interfaces, Integrated 2-channel 3.3V LDO output, the chip has built-in multiple encryption algorithm hardware acceleration engines that conform to international standards, provides DES/3DES, AES, SHA, RSA, ECC international algorithms with excellent performance, and has a variety of power consumption working modes. PowerDown(Typ) is 0.1uA.
